28 Years Later: The Bone Temple Plot Summary

Set immediately after the events of the previous film, the story follows Spike, a young boy captured by a cult called The Jimmys, led by the sadistic Sir Lord Jimmy Crystal. Forced to commit violence to survive, Spike becomes trapped in a brutal system of indoctrination.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ian Kelson lives alone beside the macabre Bone Temple, studying an intelligent infected known as Samson. Their unsettling relationship blurs the line between monster and man, leading to a grim convergence that sets up the trilogy’s final chapter.
